Faculty Leadership Council
As life-long learners and from their vantage point at the front lines of the student experience, teachers can observe and intuit what the pressing needs are. The Faculty Leadership Council provides the forum to collect and interpret those front-line findings so that sensible policy and meaningful courses of action are implemented.
The Faculty Leadership Council membership consists of five (5) faculty representatives, the Head of School, and the Director of Education. FLC (pronounced “flick”) serves to guide the faculty-at-large and oversee the pedagogical aspects of the School’s mission. The faculty representatives are determined annually by a full faculty vote.
