Pleshetta Loftin
Pleshetta is the Managing Partner/Founder for Persistent Capital Partners with expertise in finance, operations, and compliance programs. She has worked with Persistent since 2015. Previously, she was employed by Compass EMP Funds/Victory Capital with responsibilities for overseeing the development of new products. Before Victory, she was employed by BBVA as the Chief Operating Officer over their Wealth Management department. While with BBVA she oversaw the firm’s investment program comprised of technical and fundamental portfolio development. Ms. Loftin graduated with honors with a Bachelor's in Finance and Management from Houston Baptist University and a Master's in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
She volunteers her time in the community and church, working with teens, college students, and women. Pleshetta enjoys traveling, gardening, and playing with her goldendoodle, George. Her bucket list is to visit all seven continents. With only Antarctica remaining, Pleshetta is pondering additional travel goals.
