As the first point of contact for families enrolling at the school, and as an alumni parent, Ms. Sartain brings a 360-degree perspective of Linden life to the enrollment process. Her love is working with new families in the admissions process and watching their children thrive with the Waldorf curriculum once they arrive at our school. With a BA in Journalism and Religious Studies from Indiana University, Ms. Sartain holds certification as a Waldorf grades 1-8 teacher from the Waldorf Institute of Southeastern Michigan, Ann Arbor. A certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, she has worked and lived in Japan and spent a decade as a continuous improvement specialist in the automotive industry. She has traveled the world, with Japan and Thailand being two of her favorite countries to visit. She is the proud mother of a Linden alum from the Class of 2018.
