Kimberly Richardson has been connected with Linden Waldorf School since 2011. She has served as an assistant teacher (2010–2011), the Director of Administration (2018–2022), and the Head of School (2023-present). She is also a parent of an LWS eighth grader.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis and a Master of Business Administration with a minor in Project Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
With an 19-year professional history in administrative and educational settings, she has worked to support families and children throughout her career. In addition to classroom experience in the independent and public school sectors, she brings directorial and managerial experience through positions at Linden, the Nashville YMCA, St. Mary’s Episcopal School in Memphis, and Nashville Classical Charter School.
Of her work as Head of School of Linden, Mrs. Richardson says, "I am thrilled to be a part of this community at this exciting moment in LWS evolution. I look forward to contributing my voice and expertise to ensure that Linden has a sustainable path forward. It's my desire that many families will benefit from this amazing school the way that my family has."
