Dr. Ashley Perry has over ten years of experience in the field of education and three years of experience as a coordinator of professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Memphis, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Belmont University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Dr. Perry has taught kindergarten, third, fourth, and sixth grade and has served as a curriculum writer at QuaverEd, a music-based ed tech company where she helped create social and emotional learning curriculum for elementary/middle schools. She has been a keynote speaker and has also facilitated workshops for various education conferences around the country in her role as a coordinator of professional development.
Dr. Perry is a native of Nashville and is happily married to her husband of ten years, Marcus Perry. They have a border collie lab named Benji. She enjoys praise and worship dancing at church, making crafts on her Cricut, exercising, and spending time with family. Dr. Perry is excited to ignite the imagination of all students while encouraging them to have a greater love of learning!
