Becky Grando

Becky Grando

Becky has a long history in healthcare focusing on quality/process improvement, population health, and value-based care. She is a nurse by trade but also carries a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Currently, Becky is the Sr. Director of the Clinical Quality in Community Health Network for the Tennessee Primary Care Association, a role that roots itself in serving those who care for the underserved throughout the state of Tennessee. She is familiar with the work of the board, having previously served as a trustee (2016–2020). In her spare time you can find her reading, writing, and/or championing literacy (adult learning, health, and digital).

Becky and her husband, Michael, have been long-time supporters of Linden Waldorf School. Their son, Sam, is a 2020 graduate and is currently attending Nashville School of the Arts. In their view, the type of conscientious, whole-person education he received at LWS has set Sam on a path of success not only academically, but also in his ability to navigate life's challenges with courage and compassion.
