Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is tasked with the wise stewardship of Linden's resources and oversight to ensure compliance with the laws and rules that govern us. The Board is a multidisciplinary body with representatives from the parent community, faculty/staff, parents, and and the wider external community serving three-year terms. The Head of School and Director of Education are ex officio members.

 

LWS Board Standing Committees

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of the officers on the Board, along with the Head of School.

Governance Committee

The Governance Committee identifies and organizes the governing documents, policies, and procedures that guide the school.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee reviews the financial structure and health of the school and makes budget and operating recommendations to the Board.

Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee provides recommendations for the school’s short- and long-term goals in the following areas: programming, staff, community, facilities, and financial development.

Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee shall nominate new Directors in April of each year and the Board shall vote on these nominations in May of each year.
