Please use the appropriate checklist below if you are applying for Fall enrollment. Inform the Enrollment Coordinator, Laura Duke, if you are interested in immediate or mid-year enrollment.
All necessary materials can be downloaded. Please click the links below or visit our Admissions Forms page.
Early Childhood Education:
- Visit: Attend a Visitor Morning to learn more about the school and Waldorf Education. Call the Enrollment Coordinator at 615-354-0270 x31 to reserve your space.
- Application: Submit the application, along with a photograph of your child to the office by January 15. Applications received after this date will be processed as soon as possible but not necessarily by the notification date.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable $100 fee is to be submitted along with your application.
- Interview: The Enrollment Coordinator will call to set up a time for a family interview with the class teacher.
- Reading: Your family will receive a copy of What is a Waldorf Kindergarten? at the interview. Please review before signing contract.
- Observation Morning: Attend an observation morning for your child to have special time in the classroom with other applicants and parents have time to meet and ask questions of the administration.

Grades Program

- Application: Submit the application, along with a photograph of your child to the school office.

- Teacher Recommendation Form: Please have the current teacher fill this out and return to the school office.
- Interview: The Enrollment Coordinator will call to set up a time for a parent interview and student interview.
- Classroom Visit: Grades students applying for admission should plan to schedule a three-day classroom visit.
- Reading: You will receive a copy of Understanding Waldorf Education by Jack Petrash. Please review prior to signing contract.
- Tuition Assistance: : If you would like to receive information about tuition assistance, please check the appropriate box on the application form. A packet of information will be mailed to you. The application deadline is February 25, 2010 for the SSS Parent’s Financial Statement and for the school forms with a copy of your files 2009 federal tax return.

Notification Date
Decision letters and contracts will be mailed on March 5, 2010 and will be due back, with the enrollment fee by March 20, 2010.
