Please use the appropriate checklist below if you are applying for Fall enrollment.  Inform the Enrollment Coordinator, Laura Duke, if you are interested in immediate or mid-year enrollment.

Early Childhood Education: 

• Visit: Attend a Visitor Morning to learn more about the school and Waldorf Education.  Call the Enrollment Coordinator at 615-354-0270 x31 to reserve your space.

• Application: Submit the application, along with a photograph of your child to the office by January 15. Applications received after this date will be processed as soon as possible but not necessarily by the notification date.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable $100 fee is to be submitted along with your application.

• Interview: The Enrollment Coordinator will call to set up a time for a family interview with the class teacher.

• Reading: Your family will receive a copy of What is a Waldorf Kindergarten? at the interview.  Please review before signing contract.

• Observation Morning: Attend an observation morning for your child to have special  time in the classroom with other applicants and parents have time to meet and ask questions of the administration.

• Visit: Attend a Visitor Morning to learn more about the school and Waldorf Education.  Call the Enrollment Coordinator at 615-354-0270 x31 to reserve your space.

• Application: Submit the application, along with a photograph of your child to the school office.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable $100 fee is to be submitted along with your application.

• Teacher Recommendation Form: Please have the current teacher fill this out and return to the school office.

• Interview: The Enrollment Coordinator will call to set up a time for a parent interview and student interview. 

• Classroom Visit: Grades students applying for admission should plan to schedule  a three-day classroom visit.

• Reading:  You will receive a copy of Understanding Waldorf Education by Jack Petrash. Please review prior to signing contract.

• Tuition Assistance:  :  If you would like to receive information about tuition assistance, please check the appropriate box on the application form.  A packet of information will be mailed to you.  The application deadline is February 25, 2010 for the SSS Parent’s Financial Statement and for  the school forms with a copy of your files 2009 federal tax return.
