Food and Drink
Fairy's Corner on the front porch of the manse will offer baked goods and small sandwiches ($1) along with coffee from our fundraising partner Bongo Java ($1) and teas ($1). This year we are excited to add freshly juiced apple and apple/carrot/ginger ($2 small, $3 regular) by the Juice Gypsies http://www.facebook.com/pages/Juice-Gypsies/147167005347020. Purified water will be FREE courtesy of www.makemywaterhealthy.com. Lunch will be cooked by Ray's Catering in Dragon's Lair Restaurant. Look for smoked chicken, mixed green salad, with black beans, basmati rice and tortillas (wheat and gluten-free) with optional butternut squash soup. The menu is all organic and mostly local, with biodynamic vegetables from the Barefoot Farmer www.barefootfarmer.com, chicken from Westwind Farms www.grassorganic.com and salsa from Ousley Ouch www.ousleyouch.com. Large chicken & bean plate $10. Large vegetarian (bean) plate $8. Child's plate $5. (Plates include side of salad, rice, tortillas and salsa.) Soup $2. All plates/cups/forks/spoons used at the Elves' Faire are 100% compostable and will be composted by the Compost Company http://compostcompany.com/.
